The problem
Travel documents were living everywhere except where you needed them.
The average international trip today lives across seven surfaces — email, three chat apps, a photo gallery, a printed folder, and a hotel booking site. When the immigration officer asks a question, the answer is on someone else's phone.
Travel agencies have it harder still. Tour leaders spend the first hour of every trip collecting document photos, chasing missing forms, and updating a spreadsheet in the coach's back row.
We built Travels Wallet so travelers arrive calm, agencies operate cleanly, and the important paperwork of the trip stops being paperwork at all.
